RECRUITMENT
Given that hiring human resources can be a challenge in the cause-based and not-for-profit sector, Pascal and his associate at Engagés offer recruitment services that were designed specifically for the needs of NPOs and the people who serve them.

This little guy is George. And while George is small, he’s a pretty big symbol! Shortly after my separation, my friend’s daughter gave him to me. Since I don’t have kids of my own, this simple gesture reminded me of the pureness that lives in the hearts of children. Their selflessness can be found in grown-ups, too, but it’s often more restrained. In the end, a smile from a stranger or the helping hand of someone who expects nothing in return can make the biggest difference.
